Michael Perry from Boston Dynamics touched on this during his keynote at AEC Magazine’s NXT BLD conference in London in June, where he showed a proof of concept with Hensel Phelps at the Harvey Milk Terminal 1 project at the San Francisco International Airport. See video below.
Meanwhile, while Spot Mini was in attendance at NXT BLD, Topcon and Faro took full advantage of having access to the robot to do some live tests in the exhibition area, where laser scans were executed on specially designed 3D printed mounts.
