AEC professionals describe the workflow and AI application platform builds the app
nCircleTech has launched nVibe, an AI-powered development platform designed specifically to help AEC professionals turn ideas into working applications without needing coding skills.
Domain experts, including site managers, project engineers and VDC leads, can describe a workflow in plain language, and nVibe builds the application within a sandboxed environment designed to give IT teams control over security, permissions and deployment.
According to nCircleTech, nVibe differs from general-purpose AI coding tools through its built-in understanding of AEC terminology and workflows. This includes concepts such as Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) codes, CSI MasterFormat, RFIs, submittals and LoD 100–500.

nVibe also comes with pre-built connectors for AEC systems, including Autodesk Forma, Autodesk Platform Services (APS), Autodesk AEC Data Model, SAP and other ERP systems, and Model Context Protocol (MCP). Integrations with Navisworks, Procore, AutoCAD and Revit are also coming soon.
“The people who understand the work best often know exactly what tools they need. They see the repetitive workflow, they see the data that should be connected, they have an idea for an application that could make their team faster and more productive,” said Varun Bhartiya, co-founder and CEO at nCircleTech.
“But turning those ideas into software has always been the hard part. It means finding a developer and waiting months for results. We wanted to change that.”
Another development is nVibe for Revit, which is intended to translate plain-language instructions into native Revit plugins that appear on a team’s Revit ribbon. According to nCircleTech, once AI has been used during the application-building process, subsequent runs of the application are token-free.
nCircleTech highlights several potential use cases, including clash-tracking dashboards for VDC and BIM co-ordination, Level 1–5 commissioning checklists for QA/QC and facility handover, construction project dashboards, and daily labour and safety trackers for construction site managers.
