Scan launches GPU cloud rendering service

 

Customers can trial own renders free, using Proof of Concept service powered by Nvidia RTX Servers

Scan is offering free trials of its new 3XS Cloud Rendering service, which offloads rendering from the local workstation to Nvidia Quadro RTX GPUs in the cloud.

3XS Cloud Rendering supports a variety of GPU-accelerated render engines including V-Ray and Arnold with more packages to follow later in the year.

The service is powered by servers based on the Nvidia RTX Server reference design, hosted in multiple secure datacentres around the UK including London and Manchester.
