Extends reach of AI-powered construction progress monitoring platform
AI Clearing, a US firm that uses machine learning to optimise construction progress tracking, has integrated with Oracle Aconex, the construction project management software.
The new integration will allows users to automatically create issues in Aconex and link them to the model in the AI Clearing Core platform, to ensure both systems stay updated.
AI Clearing integrates design data with drone-captured construction site data.
It then uses machine learning to detect differences between the design and reality, with a view to enabling more accurate and efficient progress monitoring.
The AI Clearing Core platform also utilises an array of digital data formats to execute ‘automated, advanced 4D geospatial analytics’.
According to the company, this high level of automation enables users to drastically reduce reporting cycles, offering actionable insights via interactive online dashboards and PDF reports.
