NEWS: Autodesk optimises Rhino geometry

Project Gaudi for Rhino is a free Autodesk technology preview for conceptual design that delivers a structural geometry generator and analysis engine inside Rhino as a plug in.

The software allows users to take a conceptual form as a Rhino mesh, add structural framing systems (trusses, beams, columns, etc.), analyze the system to see stresses and displacements, and then return the geometry to Rhino. Alternatively, send it to Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis for further analysis and start a BIM workflow with Revit.
