Acquisition of mobile construction site management software developer strengthens Nemetschek’s standing in 5D BIM market
Nemetschek Group subsidiary Nevaris is taking over German mobile construction site management software developer 123erfasst.de, who offers time tracking, project management and construction site documentation via app.

By acquiring 123erfasst.de, NEVARIS is further expanding its leading market position and becoming an indispensable part of the digital construction site.”
The 123erfasst app saves the data recorded on the construction site with GPS coordinates and assigns it directly to a construction phase. The software in the construction office receives the data in real time and can process it directly – with a view to making the entire process of building site documentation consistent, efficient and safe.
