New Solibri product family offers tailored tools for different roles, from BIM manager to site manager
Solibri has introduced a new product family (Anywhere, Site, Office and Enterprise) that is tailored for different roles, including office-based BIM manager and on-ground site manager.
The company is well known for its quality assurance and quality control software which centres on rules-based model checking. Now, as BIM matures, it is looking to close gaps in the workflow to allow all project members to access one set of verified quality data throughout the entire build.
“We began our journey by offering designers and engineers a chance to review and improve their models before construction. In recent years, construction companies have increasingly understood how we can help them maintain and control project quality. This was the inspiration for us to reshape our portfolio. We saw the need to offer different workflow disciplines tailored solutions in terms of features and price points. Data and the truth will never meet if your team uses different versions of a model in different tools. You end up in parallel universes and that defeats the point of using BIM in the first place.” said Ville Kyytsönen, Solibri CEO.
Meanwhile, UK and Ireland reseller Cadventure has been appointed a Solibri Gold Partner and is adding the Solibri range of solutions to its software and services portfolio. The company will be supplying Solibri Model Checker.
